Tortuga Logic and Cadence® Collaborate to Deliver Radix-M™ Firmware Security Validation Platform on Palladium® Z1
“Tortuga Logic, a cybersecurity company specializing in hardware threat detection and prevention, today announced the launch of Radix-M™, the industry’s first platform capable of performing security validation of firmware on complex system-on-chip (SoCs) designs. Built with funding support from the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA), Radix-M identifies and prevents unknown firmware vulnerabilities.”
TSMC, Purdue Team Up to Enhance Chip Security
“Taiwan’s Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. (TSMC) and Purdue University in the U.S. announced the establishment of a center at the university to enhance semiconductor security, via a press statement last week. The Center for Secured Microelectronics Ecosystem is aimed at safeguarding the semiconductor and tool supply chain from the foundry stage to packaging.”
