Carl Burrow has over 20 years of Executive-level, running Sales and Marketing organizations for hardware and software technology companies ranging from start-up to over $200m in revenue. Carl currently serves as VP Sales for CalAmp and has held previous roles as follows: VP Sales and Marketing at Medium One, VP Sales and Marketing at Peregrine Semiconductor (Acquired by Murata), Corporate Vice President-Field Operations for Magma Design Automation (Acquired by Synopsys), VP Sales at Aplus Design Technology (Acquired by Magma Design Automation) and VP Marketing at Actel Corporation (Acquired by Microsemi). He received a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Missouri-Rolla and an M.B.A. from Amberton University.

He is a proven executive with extensive experience in both financial and profit & loss operating management of private and public companies, particularly in the healthcare and financial services industries. His successful track record of delivering enhanced strategic value through revenue and profit growth can be observed in his past ventures, where he has served as the COO of Career Step (2009-2012), the CFO of IntelliStaf Healthcare (2005-2007), the CFO of Quadramed Corporation (2000-2004), as well as several others. He received his M.B.A. degree from Wharton Graduate School in 1976.
